How Crystal Technology Services collects, uses, protects and shares your information.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Introduction

Crystal Technology Services (“Crystal Technology Services”, “Crystalts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to information we collect on this website, through our contact and job-application forms, and in the course of providing our services. By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information that we need in order to respond to you or provide our services.

Information you provide directly

  • Business enquiries: your name, work email address, organization, the industry you operate in, the services you are interested in, and the contents of your message. Optionally, if you choose to provide them: your job title, country or region, your current contact center platform, and the approximate size of your contact center.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, your resume/CV, and any optional message you include.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address, and the fact that you consented, if and when we make the newsletter available. Signup is confirmed by email: we send a link to the address given, and nobody is added to the list until that link is clicked. We do not add anyone to the newsletter from a contact form or a job application.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) that our hosting provider records in server logs to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for, and request that you do not send us, sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account details or health information) through these forms. The optional fields on the business enquiry form are there to help us prepare for the conversation; leaving them blank does not affect how we respond.

Newsletter: if you confirm your subscription, we use your email address only to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for anything else. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing support@crystalts.com. Subscriber addresses are held by our email provider, Resend, on our behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request;
  • receive, evaluate and respond to job applications;
  • operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. AI-Assisted Application Screening

To help our hiring team review applications efficiently, resumes submitted through our Careers page are analyzed by an automated screening tool that produces an advisory match score and a short summary against the role’s criteria. This assessment is used only to assist triage.

A qualified member of our team makes every hiring decision, and the automated score does not, by itself, determine the outcome of your application. If you would prefer your application to be reviewed without this automated assistance, or if you would like to discuss an assessment, contact us using the details below.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the site and services, for example, our website hosting provider, our email-delivery provider, and the automated screening service described above. They are permitted to use the data only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Crystal Technology Services, our users or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganization, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the website to function and to keep it secure. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact enquiries and job applications are delivered to the relevant team by email and are retained for as long as needed to handle your request or evaluate your application, after which they are deleted or anonymized in line with our internal retention practices. Resume files are processed transiently for screening and are not retained by the automated screening system.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), strict content-security and other protective HTTP headers, access controls, and validation of data submitted through our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to continually improve our safeguards.

9. International Data Transfers

Crystal Technology Services is headquartered in Singapore and serves enterprises worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or by our service providers. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, delete or restrict its use, to object to certain processing, to request a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
